Gorgeous Moon in Placitas
The rising moon in the Eastern sky was exceptionally beautiful tonight – 99% illuminated. November is such a beautiful month in Placitas. Just this past week we had a nice dusting of snow on the Sandia Mountains 
and now back to temps in the high 60’s low 70’s for the upcoming week. Leaves are at their peak and slowing falling, crisp mornings and magnificent sunsets. We’ve stocked up on cedar and pinon and will be enjoying the amazing smell from our outdoor Kiva for many nights to come.

Halloween in Placitas
Bring your little gouls and goblins to the Placitas Elementary School for their annual Fall Festival this Friday, October 30, 2009 from 5:30-7:30. This is a fun event for kids of all ages. Games, prizes and candy – what more could you ask for? Come in costume and enjoy the fun.
